Liability of guardians and trustees: representatives bear tax, interest and penalty as if the incapacitated person conducted the business. Liability of guardians, trustees and agents for tax, interest and penalty arising from a business carried on for a minor or other incapacitated person is imposed on those representatives as if the incapacitated person were a capacitated person conducting the business, and all provisions of the Act apply accordingly.
