<h1>Appeals to the Supreme Court allowed from High Court under Section 106 and Appellate Tribunal orders under Section 102.</h1> An appeal to the Supreme Court is permissible from any judgment or order issued by the High Court under section 106 if the High Court certifies the case as suitable for such an appeal. This certification can occur on the High Court's own motion or upon an oral application by the aggrieved party immediately after the judgment or order. Additionally, appeals to the Supreme Court are allowed from orders issued by the Appellate Tribunal under section 102, provided these orders are of the nature specified in subsection (2) of section 106.
