of <h1>Commissioner Empowered to Collect GST Statistics for Improved Act Administration Under Section 141 of Model GST Law.</h1> Section 141 of the Model GST Law empowers the Commissioner to collect statistics for better administration of the Act. The Commissioner can issue a notification directing the collection of statistics related to any matter under the Act. Once notified, the Commissioner or an authorized person may require concerned individuals to provide specified information or returns. The prescribed form, details, and submission intervals for such information or returns will be determined as per the regulations.
