of <h1>Directors with DIN must update any changes within 30 days via Form DIR-6; notify companies within 15 days.</h1> Every individual with a Director Identification Number (DIN) must inform the Central Government of any changes in their particulars within thirty days using Form DIR-6. The form must be downloaded, filled, verified, and digitally signed by a certified professional. The Central Government will verify the changes and update its records, notifying the applicant of the updates. Additionally, the DIN cell will inform the relevant Registrar(s) about these changes. Directors must also notify their respective companies of any changes within fifteen days.
