        Director identification number obligation: directors must notify companies after allocation and companies must file intimation promptly. Directors who were serving on or before 30 June 2007 and receive a Director Identification Number must intimate that number to each company by Form DIR-3B within one month of receipt; companies receiving such intimation must file Form DIR-3C with the Registrar within fifteen days.
