of <h1>Directors Must Submit Director Identification Number Within One Month; Companies to File DIR-3C in 15 Days Under Rule 10A</h1> Rule 10A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 mandates that directors who were serving as of June 30, 2007, and have not yet informed their companies of their Director Identification Number (DIN), must do so within one month of receiving their DIN from the Central Government. The company is then required to submit this information in Form DIR-3C within fifteen days of receiving the director's intimation, in accordance with section 157 of the Act.
