of <h1>Certificates of Charge Registration or Modification Issued in Form CHG-2 or CHG-3 under Sections 77, 78, 79.</h1> Under the Companies (Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014, when a charge is registered with the Registrar under section 77 or 78, a certificate of registration is issued in Form No. CHG-2. If there is a modification of the charge registered under section 79, a certificate of modification is issued in Form No. CHG-3. These certificates serve as conclusive evidence that the requirements for registration or modification of a charge, as outlined in Chapter VI of the Act and associated rules, have been fulfilled.
