        Satisfaction of charge: companies must notify the Registrar using the prescribed form and fee, and Registrar issues a satisfaction certificate. A company or charge holder must intimate the Registrar when a registered charge is paid or satisfied in full by submitting Form No.CHG-4 with the prescribed fee within the specified compliance period; upon the Registrar entering a memorandum of satisfaction, the Registrar issues a certificate of registration of satisfaction in Form No.CHG-5.
