Registration of charges extended to acquired encumbered property and to subsequent charge modifications under the Act. The procedural and substantive requirements of rule 4 apply, mutatis mutandis, to registration of a charge on property acquired subject to an existing charge and to modification of a charge under the Act, thereby extending rule 4's registration and filing framework to these situations.
