This application must be made using Form No.CHG-1 or Form No.CHG-9, accompanied by a declaration from the company's secretary or a director, ensuring that the delayed filing does not harm the rights of other creditors. The registration can be completed within the period specified in the provisos, subject to payment of applicable fees as per the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014.
