          <h1>Amendment of Schedule alters finance legislation; changes specified in Tenth Schedule take effect upon presidential assent.</h1> Clause 154 amends the Seventh Schedule to the Finance Act, 2005 by implementing the alterations specified in the Tenth Schedule. The amendment changes the content and application of that Schedule and is made expressly to take effect from the date on which the Bill receives presidential assent.
