of <h1>Finance Bill 2012 Amends Fiscal Responsibility Act: New Clauses on Expenditure, Revenue Deficit, and Strategy Statements</h1> Clause 150 of the Finance Bill, 2012 amends section 8 of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003. It introduces a new clause (ba) to include expenditure indicators with assumptions and risks under section 3(6A)(a). It also updates clause (c) by replacing 'Fiscal Policy Strategy Statement' with 'Fiscal Policy Strategy Statement, Medium-term Expenditure Framework Statement.' Additionally, a new clause (ca) is added to specify the percentage of revenue deficit post-March 31, 2015, under section 4(1). These amendments will be effective upon the President's assent.
