Amendment to section 254: insertion of a cross reference to the amended appellate sub section, aligning tribunal orders accordingly. The amendment to section 254 inserts a reference in sub section (2A) to the corresponding sub section of the appellate provision, thereby aligning the Appellate Tribunal's order making reference with the amendment made to that appellate provision; the change is consequential and effective from 1st July, 2012.
