          <h1>Deregistration of Authorised Courier may follow bond or regulatory breaches with suspension pending inquiry and right to representation.</h1> The Principal Commissioner or Commissioner may revoke an Authorised Courier's registration and forfeit security for failure to comply with bond conditions, regulatory provisions, or misconduct; revocation requires prior notice, opportunity to make written representation and to be heard. Where necessary, the authority may suspend registration pending inquiry and restore it if no ground is established. Aggrieved parties may represent to the Chief/Principal Chief Commissioner within sixty days, who must provide a hearing opportunity and dispose of the representation expeditiously.
