Validity of registration: renewal allowed after deemed invalidation for inactivity, subject to performance review and payment of fee. Registration is valid until revoked but is deemed invalid after one year of continuous inactivity (excluding suspension periods). Within ninety days of deemed invalidation an Authorised Courier may apply in Form-A1 and pay the prescribed fee for renewal. The Commissioner may renew within one month of receiving the application and fee only after being satisfied as to satisfactory performance, absence of misconduct complaints, compliance with regulation 13 obligations, and eligibility under regulation 10.
