Authorised courier bond obligation requires furnishing prescribed security at each customs station where business is transacted. An authorised courier registered under the registration provision or intimating in Form A to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner having jurisdiction must furnish the bond and security specified under the security provision for each Customs station from which it transacts business.
