        <h1>Amendment to sea cargo manifest rules revises the compliance deadline for the Form XII table entry.</h1> The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2025 substitute the entry in the Table after FORM XII: against Sr. No. 6, column (3) the prior entry is replaced by the date '31.12.2025', thereby altering the applicable compliance cutoff for that table entry. The amendment is made under specified sections of the Customs Act, 1962 and comes into force on its publication in the Official Gazette.
