of <h1>India Restricts Export of Certain APIs and Formulations Under ITC (HS) Policy 2018; Includes Paracetamol and Others.</h1> The Government of India has amended the export policy for certain Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and formulations made from these APIs, effective immediately. Under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, specific APIs and their formulations listed in Chapters 29 and 30 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy 2018 are now classified as 'restricted' for export. This change affects various substances, including Paracetamol, Tinidazole, Metronidazole, and others, as well as formulations derived from them. The restriction will remain in place until further notice.
