of <h1>DGFT Allows Export of Chapter 30 Formulations Under Advance Licenses Issued Before 03.03.2020 with No Quantity Increase.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has clarified that exports of formulations under ITCHS codes in Chapter 30, restricted by Notification No. 50 dated 03.03.2020, are permitted under Advance Licenses issued on or before that date. This decision follows representations from exporters facing challenges in meeting export obligations under the Advance Authorization scheme. However, no increase in quantity for import and export items will be allowed in these licenses. This directive has been issued with the approval of the Competent Authority and involves consultation with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and the Department of Pharmaceuticals.
