of <h1>India Lifts Export Restrictions on Paracetamol Formulations, FDCs; APIs Still Restricted Under Notification No. 50/2015-20.</h1> The Government of India has amended the export policy for formulations made from Paracetamol, including fixed-dose combinations (FDCs). As per the new notification, these formulations, previously restricted, are now classified as 'Free' for export under the ITC HS Code 30049099 and any other relevant codes. This change is effective immediately. However, the export of Paracetamol active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) remains restricted. This amendment modifies the earlier Notification No. 50/2015-20 dated March 3, 2020.
