        <h1>Sea cargo manifest rules: implementation deferred to 1 March 2019, amendment takes effect upon Official Gazette publication.</h1> The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2018 substitute in regulation 1(2) the words 'the 1st November, 2018' with 'the 1st March, 2019'; the amendment takes effect upon publication in the Official Gazette and is made under powers conferred by the Customs Act, 1962.
