of <h1>Two New Agencies Join eSANCHIT for Paperless LPCO Processing Starting January 15, 2021. Ensure Correct Email on ICEGATE.</h1> The circular announces the integration of two additional Participating Government Agencies (PGAs), the Trade Promotion Council of India and the Export Promotion Council for EOUs & SEZs, into the eSANCHIT platform for paperless processing of Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs). Effective from January 15, 2021, importers, exporters, and customs brokers will no longer upload LPCOs directly; instead, the PGAs will handle this. Beneficiaries must ensure their email addresses are correctly registered on ICEGATE for communication purposes. Customs officials are instructed to publicize these changes and address any issues or queries that arise.
