of <h1>ESANCHIT Platform Expands: 16 More Agencies to Upload Digital Licenses for Import/Export Clearance, Total Now 43.</h1> The circular announces the expansion of the eSANCHIT platform, a paperless processing system under SWIFT, enabling 16 additional Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) to upload digitally signed Licenses, Permits, Certificates, and Other Authorizations (LPCOs) for import and export clearance. This brings the total number of PGAs on the platform to 43. From August 1, 2019, importers, exporters, and customs brokers will no longer upload previously issued LPCOs; PGAs must upload LPCOs issued in the last 15 days. The system facilitates communication through registered email addresses, emphasizing the importance of correct registration in ICEGATE. Public notices and feedback mechanisms are encouraged.
