Insertion of new provisions in section 9C prescribes an appeal filing fee for appeals under the primary appeal provision and a separate fee for ancillary applications before the Appellate Tribunal, including stay, rectification, other incidental purposes, and restoration of appeals or applications, effective from a date to be notified by the Central Government.
