Assessing Officer orders under section 115VZC added to appealable orders by amendment to section 253. The appeals framework is amended to insert a new clause specifying that an order passed by an Assessing Officer under the designated assessment provision is to be treated as an order within the scope of the statutory appeals provision, effective 1 October 2004.
