Cross reference amendment updates internal citations in customs legislation and alters subsection references and their commencement. In section 127F of the Customs Act, in sub section (2) the bracketed references '(7)' and '(6)' are respectively substituted by '(5)' and '(4)', the substitution taking effect from 1 June 2007, thereby updating the internal citation numeration without altering the substantive wording of the subsection.
