Recovery of erroneous drawback now requires claimants to repay the amount plus prescribed interest after demand. Where a drawback has been paid erroneously or becomes recoverable, the claimant must, within two months from the date of demand, repay the drawback amount and pay interest at the prescribed rate; interest is calculated from the date of payment of the drawback to the claimant until the date of recovery.
