Defaulter Can Reclaim Movable Property After Attachment Cancellation by Covering Execution Costs and Expenses
Upon the cancellation or withdrawal of an attachment, the defaulter is entitled to regain possession of their movable property, provided they pay any associated costs, charges, and expenses incurred during the execution of the certificate. The attaching officer must notify the defaulter that the property is available for retrieval. If no one is present to reclaim the property and it has been relocated, the officer is responsible for returning it to its original location at the time of seizure.
