<h1>Tax Recovery Officer may order property relocation or approve on-site custody if removal is impractical or costly.</h1> Where property is attached and its removal is impractical or disproportionately expensive, the attaching officer must ensure its maintenance and custody at the attachment site, following any directions from the Tax Recovery Officer. The officer must immediately report this action to the Tax Recovery Officer. Upon receiving the report, the Tax Recovery Officer can either order the property's relocation to a specified place or approve its maintenance and custody at the original site under specified conditions.
