Form of appeal requires prescribed form with verification, authorised signatories by party type, and copy of order attached. Form No. ITCP 29A must be used for the specified appeals, verified as indicated and filed with a copy of the order; the form, grounds of appeal and verification must be signed by authorised persons according to appellant category, including individuals or their authorised representatives, Karta or adult member for HUFs, principal officers for companies and local authorities, non-minor partners for firms, and authorised members or officers for other associations.
