Applications for registration as a valuer must be made in Form N, verified as specified and accompanied by the prescribed registration fee which is non-refundable if the application is rejected. Transitional provisions allow fee exemption for certain continuation applications and permit pending applications that meet revised qualifications to remain valid upon payment of an additional prescribed fee within a limited period; otherwise fresh applications must be filed and prior fees adjusted or refunded where applicants are rendered ineligible.
