of <h1>Authorized personnel can inspect properties under Wealth Tax Rules, 1957, Section 38A, excluding Sundays and holidays, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.</h1> The Valuation Officer or any authorized overseer, surveyor, or assessor may enter or inspect specified lands, buildings, or assets as outlined in section 38A of the Wealth Tax Rules, 1957. This inspection can occur on any day except Sundays and holidays recognized under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and must be conducted between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. This provision was introduced through the Wealth-tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 1972, effective from November 15, 1972.
