Skill development project approval framework governs applications, notification, renewal, and revocation for eligible companies and training institutes. Procedure for approval and notification of skill development projects undertaken by an eligible company in a separate facility in a training institute. The eligible company must apply in Form No. 22 to the National Council for Vocational Education and Training, with a copy to the jurisdictional Commissioner of Income-tax, and support the application with the training institute's concurrence, a detailed project note, and particulars of estimated expenditure and completion date. Defects must be cured within the prescribed time, and complete applications are subject to inquiry, recommendation, notification in Form No. 23, renewal, and possible revocation for non-genuine or non-compliant activities.
