Valuation Officer inspection powers regulate entry, timing, and asset inspection for referred assessments. Inspection powers of a Valuation Officer, and authorised personnel, may be exercised on days other than public holidays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. The authorised person may enter land within the assigned area, enter land, building or other place connected with the referred assessment, and inspect any asset referred to the Valuation Officer. Public holiday includes Sundays and any day notified as a public holiday.
