        Tribunal vice-presidents may be appointed from among members to assist the president in administrative duties. The Central Government may appoint from among the Tribunal Members one or more persons as Vice-President(s) of the Tribunal to assist the President in the discharge of his functions; the clause was inserted by notification effective 6 December 1972.
