Medical fitness required for appointment as Income Tax Appellate Tribunal member; declaration by government Medical Board or equivalent authority. No person may be appointed unless included in the list under sub rule (4) of rule 4 and declared medically fit by a Medical Board constituted by the government for the purpose, or already declared fit by an equivalent authority.
