Re-export of undelivered goods: Postal Authority may return or dispose after statutory period with notice and officer permission. Postal Authority may request Customs to re-export or return undelivered imported goods that are not prohibited. If imported goods remain uncleared or undelivered after thirty days from arrival, the Postal Authority, with the permission of the proper officer and after issuing notice to the declared importer if any, may sell or dispose of the goods; storage and holding charges are payable by the Postal Authority.
