<h1>New Postal Imports Rule: Forms CN 22, CN 23, or CP 72 Required for Import Entry at Foreign Post Office</h1> Regulation 4 of the Postal Imports Regulations, 2025, mandates that forms CN 22, CN 23, or CP 72, which detail the description, quantity, and value of goods, serve as the entry for import at the Foreign Post Office. The Postal Authority must present a list of imported parcels, with the necessary forms attached, to the Customs officer electronically on the day of arrival. Additionally, a Postal Bill of Import in Form-II must be filed electronically by the importer or their authorized agent for non-personal imported goods through the Customs Automated System.
