of <h1>Section 22BA Amended: Chairman Can Form Special Bench with 3+ Members and Choose Meeting Location.</h1> Section 22BA of the Wealth-tax Act is amended effective October 1, 1991. A new sub-section (5A) is added, allowing the Chairman to form a Special Bench with more than three members for specific cases. Additionally, sub-section (6) is modified to specify that the Special Bench will convene at a location designated by the Chairman.
