of <h1>Finance Act 1991: Customs Tariff Act Changes, New Tariff Rates, and Renumbering in Chapters 78 and 99.</h1> The Second Schedule of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 1991, amends the Customs Tariff Act. In Chapter 78, various sub-headings are modified to replace the existing tariff entry with '100% plus Rs. 10,000 per tonne.' In Chapter 99, certain headings and their entries are omitted, and remaining headings and sub-headings are renumbered. Specifically, headings 99.01 to 99.03 are removed, and headings 99.04 to 99.15 are renumbered to 99.01 to 99.12. Additionally, heading 99.16 is omitted, and headings 99.17 and 99.18 are renumbered to 99.13 and 99.14.
