Registration certificate issued on applicant eligibility, remains valid until suspension or cancellation, subject to prescribed fees. Grant of a certificate of registration is made by the Board when it is satisfied of applicant eligibility; the certificate issued in Form B remains valid until suspended or cancelled, and its grant is subject to payment of registration fees as specified in Part A and by the manner prescribed in Part B of the Second Schedule.
