<h1>GST Tribunal Officials' Leave Entitlements: 30 Days Earned Leave, 8 Days Casual Leave Annually, Per CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972.</h1> The President and Members of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal are entitled to thirty days of earned leave annually and up to eight days of casual leave per calendar year. Leave salary is governed by the Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972. They can encash earned leave, subject to limits set by these rules. The President sanctions leave for Members, while the Central Government sanctions leave for the President or in the President's absence. The Central Government also approves any foreign travel for the President and Members.
