The Board may issue a notice on specified information and require written submissions; after submissions the Board may cancel registration or direct completion of ongoing assignments and pending compliances, and must communicate its decision within a set timeframe. Where specified information applies, registration is deemed cancelled from the date of demise, winding up or dissolution, and legal heirs or assignees must deliver records, documents and assets in custody as required or as directed by the Board.
