Registration of Insolvency Professionals: agencies must acknowledge and forward applications; Board may request documents and call applicants. Regulation 6 requires applications for a certificate of registration to be made through the applicant's insolvency professional agency using Part II of Form A (individuals) or Form AA (entities) with prescribed non refundable fees. The agency must acknowledge receipt within seven days and forward the verified application to the Board within thirty days from payment, excluding time for additional submissions. The Board may request further documents or clarifications within a reasonable time and may require the applicant to appear in person or by authorised representative.
