          <h1>Temporary registration for insolvency professionals permits eligible practitioners to register briefly and complete pending assignments.</h1> Regulation 9 permits limited period registration of individuals meeting prescribed practice credentials who applied in Form A and paid the non refundable application fee collected by their insolvency professional agency. The agency must submit the fee and application details to the Board, and registration becomes valid for a limited term from that submission. Registrants may act as insolvency professionals during the term but may not take new assignments after expiry, although they may complete pending engagements with the registration deemed effective only for that purpose.
