If the Board agrees with the recommendations, it may issue an Order under Rule 5 detailing the identified goods, including their 8-digit HS Code, Unique Quantity Code, necessary specifications, importer obligations, checks on imported goods, and the Order's validity period, initially between one to two years. The Board must also assess review reports from the Screening Committee and make necessary amendments to previous Orders if satisfied with the recommendations.
