          <h1>Value declaration assistance: Board may issue orders specifying HS code, unique quantity code, specifications and importer obligations.</h1> The Board shall consider recommendations of the Screening Committee and, if satisfied, issue an Order under Rule 5 specifying for identified imported goods the complete description with 8 digit HS Code, the Unique Quantity Code to be used in the bill of entry, technical specifications to be declared, importer obligations, checks to be exercised and a validity period of one to two years; the Board shall also consider Screening Committee review reports and may amend prior specifications by issuing an Order under Rule 5.
