of <h1>Validity of CAVR Order No. 02/2023-Customs on J3 Grade Stainless Steel Extended Until November 2025 Under Customs Act.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has extended the validity of CAVR Order No. 02/2023-Customs, concerning the valuation of J3 grade stainless steel under specified HS Codes, for one year. This extension, effective from 29th November 2024, will remain in force until 28th November 2025. The extension is executed under the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, and the Customs (Assistance in Value Declaration of Identified Imported Goods) Rules, 2023.
