of <h1>Validity of CAVR Order 02/2023-Customs extended for J3 stainless steel under section 14 and 2023 Rules</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, exercising powers under section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Customs (Assistance in Value Declaration of Identified Imported Goods) Rules, 2023, extends the validity of CAVR Order No. 02/2023-Customs. The extension applies to Stainless Steel of J3 grade classified under specified HS Codes 7219 and 7220. The order, originally issued on 15 November 2023, is renewed for one year with effect from 29 November 2025 and will remain operative until 28 November 2026.
