Screening Committee confirmation of evaluation report and recommendation to the Board within a fixed time.

The detailed report of the Evaluation Committee is transferred to the Screening Committee for confirmation. The Screening Committee must verify that the report is complete in terms of the rules and rectify any deficiencies before recommending it to the Board. The recommendation, together with the report, must be made within fifteen days of the Evaluation Committee's report.
