Power to relax: Board may extend compliance deadlines when inability to comply arises from reasons beyond control. Where an applicant, Customs Broker or NACIN shows inability to comply with a time-limited duty or obligation under these Regulations for reasons beyond its control but otherwise meets the conditions, the Board may, after considering the representation and for reasons recorded in writing, allow a further time period for compliance.
