<h1>Customs Brokers Must Report Firm Changes Under Regulation 11; New License Required Within 60 Days for Valid Operations.</h1> Regulation 11 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018, mandates that any change in the constitution of a licensed firm or company that invalidates its license must be reported to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs immediately. The firm or company must apply for a new license within 60 days. If the change involves the death or retirement of a qualified partner, director, or employee, the firm can replace them with another qualified individual or authorize a G card holder to pass the required examination within two years. The business may continue with approval until a decision is made or the examination is passed.
